Smoothie King

Location is new and clean. They give priority to the drive thru. They made one of my kids drinks then made 3 peoples that walked in after us drink while my 5 year old watched his sister drink hers. Not good. The drinks are not a good quality I regret stopping. Neither kid liked them.

I usually frequent this smoothie king. I’ve never had a problem but last Friday when I went in I received awful customer service. The first smoothie I received was extremely watered down and when I asked the lady to please remake it, her attitude towards me was very rude. The second smoothie I received wasn’t blended long enough and there was lots of ice chunks in it. The smoothie I got for my mom had huge chunks of pineapple in it. I definitely won’t be returning.

It seems on even non busy days to take a long time for a smoothly, the staff particularly the manager weren't terribly friendly.

We ordered two Strawberry Banana Activator smoothies, and they tasted completely different, but not in a good way. My dad’s was made correctly, but mine tasted like strawberry water with a bunch of ice chunks, almost like a bad slushee. Then, when we asked them to remake it, the consistency was right, but the flavor was still not all that great. It was not at all like a smoothie I had previously gotten from them a few weeks prior. Marketing was also not good. When I ordered my smoothie, they asked if I wanted a medium, and I told them I wanted a small. Then, after ordering the rest of my smoothies, they tried to ask, “And those will all be 20 oz?” And I had to clarify small once again. It was incredibly rude trying to get me to size up unknowingly and pay more than I wanted to. Overall, not a good experience at all. I only gave 2 stars because the other two smoothies weren’t bad. I won’t be returning to this location.

New, clean, huge. Drive thru as well. Friendly staff, excellent location.
