Staff is great and is always cheerful. Great smoothies and products. It is even right across the street from planet fitness.

Slow drive thru but phenomenal choices AND they have a sale on friday!

I've been in the drive through for 20 minutes. No one has said a word to me yet. Not even a please hold. I called them while waiting and told them they had a line and the employee simply said ok and hung up on me. Horrible service, the level of laziness and poor customer service is pathetic. Hope you guys shut down and a place that can actually run the business can go up.Update: I called again and told them I had been waiting for 30 minutes. The employer apologized and gave us free smoothies.

Yum, I absolutely love Smoothie King. My favorites are the Peanut Power Plus Chocolate and the Super Punch Plus. The prices are the only downside. These smoothies are expensive (in my opinion), but always high quality. At least they offer $5 Fridays for medium size smoothies. I wish they had more promotional offers like this throughout the week.

We are out of state and excited when we saw a smoothie king near our hotel. Went in to purchase a 2 containers of lean mix...,stood at the counter more than 10minutes waiting to be checked out! There were 2 guys working and it was a little busy but nothing outrageous. We simply wanted to buy our mix and go. They never acknowledged us standing there and one guy even made 2 smoothies and washed dishes in between. Terrible customer services! No excuses. We had 6 people behind us waiting to order by the time we finally walked out. Too bad those employees represented the company so poorly. Def need some further skill building courses! We have friends that moved here so we will def drive out of our way to patron another store for future visits.

Service is fast. They know my name and it makes me feel special when I go.

I've come here multiple times and have had a terrible wait each time. Today I sat in the drive thru behind two cars after ordering for over 15 minutes before there was any movement. The smoothies are delicious but the wait times really kill it.

First visit. Awesome selections on smoothies. Will be going back.

I was looking for planet smoothie it's been so long LoL but smoothie king was just as good. Definitely hit the spot. Although I wish they had something watermelon.

Love smoothie king! I never feel weighted down after drinking them and it really helps me keep my diet on track. They accommodate to everyone’s health needs.

Great staff! So friendly and knowledgeable. Try the yogurt delete with peanut butter and carrots. It tastes just like a butterfinger.

today i went through the drive-thru at 11:45. i sat there for 20 minutes and had to call the store to get my order taken (i ordered through the phone). about 8 cars passed and left the line due to the wait, and it seemed like there was only 1 person working! it took another 20 minutes to get the 2 smoothies out, and i left at 12:25. i can’t believe it took 40 minutes for a drive thru order:/

My wife and I are regular customers. We've had consistently good experiences in both customer service and in the quality of the product. Healthy and tastes good.

Love Smoothie King. They're super expensive, but always tastes good. Friendliness factor is great.
