The Manager Diana is one of a kind, she is the nicest customer service manager I’ve ever met. I have spent over $3,000 at this store in the last year and half and love it. Cindy is another great employee, as well as Jaylan, and Mickey! Yes, I have 20, I am Champion Status and get them all the time. She is extremely rude and should be fired immediately! Diana is the best person you’ll meet and should be promoted today as the manager now wasn’t very helpful either!

Enjoyed watching the staff make, then remake about a dozen drinks for customers this afternoon. Efficiency at its finest. Still waiting for mine ... only 10 minutes now; I guess that’s okay.

$10.16 for a large is excessive.I went with my friend to buy him a smoothie and he told the cashier he wanted strawberry, banana, and peanut butter. I admit it was slightly my fault for not checking the bill before paying, but she should’ve have told me she was adding .99 for the scoop of peanut butter. Bad customer service.The smoothie was made promptly.

I always order the strawberry hulk and I just found out that the bananas are ROTTEN. DISGUSTING. Theyre MOLDY. Never EVER will be ordering AGAIN.
