Everything was great- had the ribs and brisket. Met the owner Dan, who is really friendly and took time to talk with us and share stories of his competitive bbq days. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Truly gold! The new owners, Dan & Laurie, not only genuinely care greatly about their restaurant, customers & staff, they put tremendous care in the high quality food & service! Very good folks! I work there & love my job & co-workers like family! I've tried all the food & everything is so good, I swear by it as best BBQ food around! Come see for yourself, I bet you will keep coming back ~ pretty much everyone does! Fridays are burnt ends day that you don't want to miss. Those ribs & peach cobbler a la mode though! Delicious BBQ and friendly folks - we ate there today for Father's day. The staff was excellent! Super friendly, attentive. We had Chicken, pork, brisket and burnt ends , no complaints here! I had the burnt ends and they didn't need any sauce at all- the sign of some good BBQ. The sides were excellent as well - the corn casserole is fantastic! If you find yourself in the area , do yourself a favor and give them a try!

The ribs are fall off the bone and meaty. Very good but wish they had been dry instead of wet. I did not think to ask when I ordered.The coleslaw and baked beans were very good. I did not care for the potato salad. Large junks of potatoes which I don't care for. I took one bite and did not eat anymore but again others may like it.I was greeted at the door and both young men were friendly and professional and answered all my questions.The restaurant was cleaner, brighter, and remodeled.I was told they have burnt ends on Fridays while they last. I will go back to try the burnt ends and other items on the menu.I was also told that they will do beef ribs with a few days notice. They are not a regular item on the menu.Desserts are homemade.I had a very positive experience and I enjoyed my meal.I would definitely recommend you give them a try.

I cant Express enough how much I enjoyed this place. Got off work and got a Togo order. The man on the phone was really nice as was the woman who cashed me out. The food was incredible. The beef brisket was juicy and tender, the beans were excellent. Mac and cheese was amazing and I really loved the slaw too. Definitely recommend this place.

Smokin' Gold is awesome! We had the brisket and pulled pork, bothof which were smoked to perfection! Sides were well-prepared, tasty, and of generous portions! Friendly and quick service! Highly recommended! Get out and support a local restaurant!

I had a taste for bbq so I hit up a place that had good online reviews. Georgia is a big BBQ place but I have yet to see what all the fuss is about. UNTIL NOW. MAAAAN this is the BEST BBQ I've had since I've been here or for that matter EVER. The tenderness and bite thru of the Ribs and Brisket is Outta Bounds. I don't even want bbq any more unless it taste like this. I was skeptical even after seeing all the trophies on the wall because I've been disappointed before BUT this place has shown me the meaning of what Competition BBQ taste like.I also tried the corn pudding and that was Amazing and the coleslaw may look unassuming but it was the perfect blend of creamy and tangy.If I could give this place 6 stars I would.
