Everytime I've been here the staff has been friendly and the service was as good as I'd expect given the small staff. People need to chill a bit and expect a wait if a small shop is busy. You'll get your poutine. The poutine is the best poutine bar none. The options are extensive and the portions are sizable. Plus they give you awesome coupons and stickers. Go there. Stop reading and go there now.

Very good poutine, very friendly staff

My first poutinerie experience and it was phenomenal! We came up from the states for the Warframe convention in London and stopped by here for a quick bite. Never in my life would I have ever imagined poutine with many different things on top of it! But this particular chain has it all! I highly recommend it to anyone else who is curious about different foods.

This place is fantastic. I make sure go to here every time I'm in London at least once. Just make sure that you have an empty stomach. Even the regular portion will fill you up quickly.

Cashier suggested the Korean beef and I was not disappointed! My son had the veggie nacho and it was delicious as well.

Not only is the poutine great, the staff really go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. My fiance and I went to eat and i decided to try something new, not knowing it used the mushroom gravy which i cant eat. The cashier overheard us mention it and quickly whipped up a version with the regular gravy on the house, said he didn't want to see me go hungry

Ordered on Uber Eats and got the wrong poutine (ordered bacon cheeseburger but got the original with bacon). The cheese was not melting cheese curds; there was no gravy, tasted rubbery and squeaky. Very disappointed! We've ordered from Smokes before but this is the worst poutine we've ever had.

First visit. The place is small not too many seating spots. It's well located downtown so no problem finding a place to sit down and enjoy this classic French fry and gravy with cheese. Many different combinations very wide variety of topics to choose from. Great place to grab a bite to eat. Many great poutine combinations to choose from. Feel like bacon? chicken? pulled pork? smoked meat? How about onions? peas? mushrooms? It is all there.

Ordered online and asked for no gravy and cheese on the side. They gave us the gravy on the side as well which was actually great because my brother lost odds for me to dump it all on his head. Overall 5 star experience.

Went to get poutine last night after the bar, it was closed. I was sad. But still love your poutine.

They don’t read details on Uber eats orders and we even called and told them they messed it up and we said we put it in the notes and they didn’t seem to care. Poor service.
