Smoke Bourbon and BBQ

This made for an awesome date night spot. The brisket was to die for, the smoked old fashioned an amazing compliment, and the service was friendly and attentive. Even the sides are delicious and well balanced. This place is well worth every penny. We went for a casual anniversary dinner awhile back and had such a great experience, it really helped make our night.

My food was great however, the server told me the kitchen could not make a fried egg to add in my dish (They have fried eggs in the menu.) I said I would pay for the extra value but the response was "the real chef is not here today and the regular kitchen staff, gets really annoyed if asked for something not part of the menu". I guess a fried egg is too much the kitchen can handle!

I was there with my family visiting my brother who serves in Fort Benning, we stopped by the restaurant and had a wonderful time. The food was amazing, the staff was incredibly friendly, and overall a great experience.

So good! Came through Columbus with our family of 4 and tried the brisket and waffles, mac n cheese, pulled pork sandwich, & plain wings. Food was fresh and delicious! We are huge fans of chicken and waffles.... this concoction of brisket and waffles is ON POINT!

We discovered Smoke from several Columbus must-eat listings. One mentioned that the pimiento cheese wontons were amazing, So we popped in for a drink and an order of the wontons. We liked the wontons (they were the perfect crispiness) but we looooved the smoked drinks. We had the smoked bloody Mary and the smoked maple old fashioned and that was all it took. The bloody Mary was the best one of my life so far. The mix + the BBQ salt rim + the smoke = perfection.

Cool space, open & like the bar set up. Attentive & nice service. Had pork nachos. The serving size is good for the price & the pork tasted good. However the shredded pork was not cut & I had to cut it into smaller strips just to be able to eat it. Otherwise it was like eating spaghetti. Way too much cheese & hardly any black beans or corn. The recipe is a good one but the follow through needs attention.

The service and food was excellent. I had the pimento cheese wantons for a appetizer and they are amazing. The black and blue burger was perfect.

Excellent food. Great place for a date. This was our second outing at this location. It was also our second date. The jalapeno cheese grits were delicious. The barbecue bacon burger was worth going off my keto diet for. The atmosphere was great. The pork skins that I saw on another table looked very appetizing. My compliments to all.

Best BBQ place I've been to in a long time, and not one of us got BBQ! EVERY single thing we got was fantastic! You can't go wrong. And Kendall was a hoot! We will be back!

Good prices, interesting food combinations, pulled pork was a bit fatty

Really good BBQ burger, but I had to add my own BBQ sauce that was just on the table. Mac and cheese tasted like it was made with Campbell's cream of celery soup.

Food was terrible. I had the BBQ & Grits. The sweet sauce on it ruined the entire dish. My husband had the ribs which he declared to be the worst ribs he's ever had. The beer was good, but not good enough to make up for the exaggerated artificial smoke flavor which permeated all our orders, which also included brisket and BBQ schnitzel.

The wait was long. My burger was a bit too greasy for me. Great environment though.
