Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q

I never leave NC without stopping at this restaurant and I'm never disappointed. The food is amazing and worth every penny. The food is always fresh and favorable. The customer service is excellent, courteous, and prompt.

It’s a chain of chicken and barbecue food, but never been disappointed. I grew up in a popular town for barbecue, but Smithfield’s has been an “away from home” stop for me since college days.

Great location one of the biggest I have every been too. Great food everything was fresh and hot. If you've never tried them out before definitely give them a shot their hush puppies and fried chicken is killer. And just as a pro tip ask for the red sauce it's delicious in the fried chicken. 🌟🌟🌟 🌟

I liked food well. The barbeque could have been better but it wasn't bad. The service could use a little improvement, as there were three open registers and nobody seemed like they wanted to take my order.

We came in with a crazy, complicated order and the staff was so helpful. They listened to what we needed and got us the best deal possible. We ended up saving over $20 and got exactly what we needed. A+ for the customer service experience and ability to problem solve on the spot!

BBQ was pretty good but the real winner to me was the fried chicken. Had to wait about 10 min but it was fresh and delicious. Had a wonderful golden brown color and nice and crispy. That coupled with the great service by the staff going around filling drinks and taking our food for us made for a nice experience.

Hay people just let me tell ya i just tried the chicken they have in their and i have to say i was pleaseingly surprised how good it was if i had to say for me it's a toss up between KFC and Smithfield for me 🤔

Went through the drive through and ordered a tailgate special for supper. They had it ready in under two minutes. Smithfield’s is always on top of their game.

I normally have no problem but I just left there with a 4 piece white and the wings are smaller than I have ever seen. If the wings are so small then maybe they should've added another piece to make up the difference.

Great place for barbecue chicken sandwich. Spicy and juicy.

Pretty cool spot. Fast and greasy food at very low prices is what you will find here. I would have given 4, or even 3 stars had it not been for the very tasty friend chicken, free refills on beverages, and most importantly INCREDIBLE service from a young man who put a smile on my face with his genuine interest in ensuring we were having a great experience.

The food here is very good. The amount of food is generous. The service is quick and professional. The dining room staff checked on us frequently to make sure there was nothing we need and if everything was good. We'll definitely be back.
