Smashburger

Smash burger delivers! We were so excited to find this out. However, after creating an account on their website and our order being lost en route, we were disappointed by the inefficient response. After speaking with a manager we were informed that to rectify this problem I had to call a third party door dash for a refund, and/or door dash would then contact the store to send a replacement. I was then provided a number to call, which was a non operating number. Please find a better system for dealing with missing deliveries.

I went to Smash Burgers on Fellsway. I ordered the mushroom truffle cheeseburger and the smash fries. And let me say it was disgusting the fries smell horrible. They reminded me of a smell that you usually smell when you're inside of a hospital. The sauce on the burger was disgusting it tasted bitter. I'm very upset because I actually spent like $24 on a meal that I did not like I will not be going there and I do not recommend this place for anyone else.

Placed an order thru grub hub pick up at 8 with a ready time of 820. When I got there I got told they where behind and be another 15-20 , okkk not what I want to here but whatever . Went back and was told it be another 15 minutes she just put my order in ... I could understand if I ordered a lot of food it was legit a burger and shake 🙄

Clean up and fast food

Never again. Ordered take out. The workers were slowly filling each individual order. Waited over 20 minutes after my pickup time. Turns out it was sitting in the counter the entire time I waited along with everyone else's order. Get home and half the order is missing. Tried calling for a refund and gave up waiting. Avoid and will drive to five guys next time.

Very tasty. Portions are on smaller size but just right!! Friendly and polite staff.

Have wi-fi connection while you wait for your order to be called. The staff was very polite and it's very clean. The service was clean and it is great for minors. No restroom code is required to use the restrooms.

The fries and onion rings are great. The burgers themselves aren't all that special. It's a good lunch spot.

This place was good for awhile, now I don't know what happened. How many times can you say please don't put cheese on something and still get cheese on it? Nothing worse than throwing your lunch out because you can't eat it.

Horrible service. Felt bad for the guy at the register as he was doing everything. The only person at the register should not be busing people and making milkshakes and filling to go bags with food while keeping the line waiting. It took me 30 minutes to order and get my food. Very understaffed and received a cold burger.

A few too many times, we have ordered something that came out to be completely wrong. Upon letting staff know, they were extremely grumpy, and overall unpleasant.

Really good burgers. It's a premium price for it, but absolutely worth it. The smashfries are really stellar.

Very tasty burgers. We have been there a few times, consistently good. Staff needs a little more allergy training but overall thumb's up!
