Smashburger

I'm at Oakridge Smashburger for lunch right now. There are three guys running it beautifully. Food is consistent SB style coming out quickly. Thanks 3 dudes!

For the first time ever eating here, I was impressed! The bacon smash Burger was very VERY delicious. It had just the right amount of bacon, it didn't have too much or too little. I do feel like it had a little too much lettuce but I won't let that change my 5 star review. If I am ever back in that mall I will make sure to eat at smash Burger. 🥓🥓🥓🥓🥓🥓🥓🥓🥓🥓🥓🥓🥓🥓🥓🥓🥓

Burgers are good, overpriced though. I had the impression that the combo was $5, but I realized that was the price of the burger alone and for a regular combo the total came out to be $10.30. It's different, it's different than what you find at all time favorites: In & Out, the Habit, etc. But I recommend this to any hungry person.

the service is ok. The manager was looking at me and my sister funny when we went, but I think that might just be her face. The other employees were cool. I personally dont like their food except the tots/smash tots but my sister loves it. I usually buy a soda here though because it's the easiest to get refills from as its self serve.

I messed up ordering my son's gluten free meal, and they fixed it without charging me. Fries are FANTASTIC!!! Thank you

Twice I've gone, twice I've been less than thrilled. First time I got their BBQ Bacon and Cheddar Chicken Sandwich. Dressed with haystack onions on an egg bun this should be a winner. Problem was that the chicken breast was about a 1/4 thick, I kid you not. Second time was today. Figured I would give them another try, order a burger as that's what they are all about. Ordered the Sin City Burger which includes a fried egg, bacon, haystack onion strings and Smash Sauce. Burger was okay but way too salty. That's saying a lot because I like salty. The Sweet Potato Fries were just okay too. Nothing to write here about. Lots of other choices at the food court, I will probably not go here again.

Sweet potato fries are delicious but the chicken club is extremely salty.

Even though the service is extremely slow the egg bun is best bun on a burger and being able to put a fried egg on a BBQ bacon cheeseburger is great

Too expesive fries do not come with your hamburger. Food was ok not the greatest. Won't go back there again.

3 1/2 stars It's Smashburger. It's in the food court at Oakridge. It's a chain (or is it a franchise)? Either way, you pretty much know what to expect. I've had mixed experiences at this location. Sometimes the food is on point and the staff are friendly. Sometimes the food seems a bit tired and the employees are distracted and disinterested in helping customers. Shout out to Najee who helped me one day. Their computer wasn't working, but he wasn't stressed out and continued to smile. Smash burger has that new Coca-Cola machine that allows you to pick and choose whatever combination of colas and flavors you want. For me, who needs to cut off my caffeine by 3 pm or I'll be up all hours of the night, I LOVE that I can help myself to some caffeine free Diet Coke. It's hard to find that out and about. I also love deep fried brussels sprouts. If you haven't tried, them, go!Protip: If you sign up for their app, Smashburger will give you a birthday freebie!
