Smashburger

Probably the worst meal I have had in a long time. Got carry out, everything so greasey it soaked through bag, stained favorite pants. Fries dripping with grease not one crispy. Burger overcooked, tasted like cardboard, could not eat avocados as they were hard as a rock. You would think with burger in their name they would know what their doing.

Good burger and I loved the sweet potato fries. The gentleman working the front counter was the nicest person I’ve interacted with at a restaurant in a very long time. I wish all customer service employees were as nice and polite as he was. Give that guy a raise please!

The food was actually pretty good. The service was lacking however. When we walked in at 9:35, when we ordered we were informed the closed in 20 minutes. We asked if we would receive our food - joking with the cashier. She responded she didn't actually know. Several employees hovered around the lobby and seemed impatient with us eating our food there. A groups of six were refused service at about 9:45. And by 9:55 the doors were locked and the open sign turned off. Needless to say we felt very rushed and had difficulty enjoying our food even though we walked out at about 10:03.

This spot is worth a visit. They serve large portions for reasonable prices. Regularly neat and with excellent ambience. I highly recommend this place.

Food came out fast and was very hot. It is little expensive for what it is though. The staff was nice but the dining room really needed help. The walls were very scuffed up, furniture looked worn out and I noticed at least 4 tables were dirty. The drink station was also not clean. I may return but I feel there are better places to get a burger.

Their smash fries are so good!!! The spices they put on them take french fries to a whole new level!

Smashburger is the bomb. Thoroughly enjoy their food. Friendly employees, too.

The food is tasty but very high calorie stuff. If you are opposed to grease, avoid the burgers! The rosemary and garlic fries are good as well. Service was pleasant and the wait for food was as expected.

Never been here before and figured we’d try something new. As soon as we walked up only 1 person in line but behind us the line began to go out the door. It was only super busy because of Covid-19 and the guidelines they have to follow one of which was employees had to get the drinks for you. Making the only cashier have to stop taking orders and get drinks while the manager bagged food and did the DoorDash orders. I got a BBQ bacon burger it was okay only cause I asked for extra BBQ and the cooks must have been on poppy day cause the ammonia of BBQ was smaller than a quarter . As far as head on vs five guys, five guys all day.

Pretty good. Little like five guys. Doesn't quite satisfy a hard burger craving since all the meat is always well done. Great fries with rosemary.

Hadn't been to a Smashburger in years and today was probably my most interesting time being here. The manager and one of the kitchen employees were super sweet about a mixup with our order (happens, and they were surprisingly busy). These same two gentlemen helped us to jump our car which wouldn't start. They really went above and beyond and did the most for us. Oh, and the food was great :D

Food was hot, perfectly seasoned and taste great Service was fast and friendly. Nice dining experience.

Love their sweet potato fries! Seating can be an issue during normal meal times. But... I have dietary restrictions and really appreciate when establishments reduce the price of a sandwich that I can eat only the meat. Smashburger DOES NOT have this policy. 😞 We would go there more often if they did.

Tasty cheeseburgers & fries but the large shakes have gotten tiny!
