Smashburger

I walked in, tried to pay with a "Gift Card" their system was down. So the Manger gave me my order for "FREE" Now, This is how you take care of a problem. I already eat at this place at least once a month for about 8 years now. Rest assured I will continue ... mZ

The service here is great, but their burgers gives a lot to desire. The quality of their meat patty taste quite similar to Culver's butter burger. Their smash fries are actually delicious (hot and fresh) and a novel idea, I really enjoyed them. I don't eat at Smash Burger too often since their menu selection is limited and it's an a la carte food chain. If you love eating at Smash Burger that's great, but I would recommend getting a burger somewhere else (ie. Blue Door Pub, Burger Moe's).

I dont know what it is but my boyfriend and I ordered food here to dine in. He got his food first, expecting mine to come next. Other guests who came with their family, got their food right after. I told my boyfriend to just ask a refund for mine instead bc he was almost done with his. When he got to the counter, the server just handed my food...This shows that the server CLEARLY knew my food wasn’t served, he even looked at our table a couple times prior to my boyfriend asking for my meal.I am very upset with the service here. Will no longer have my business
