Th place is a la carte. You will pay for everything individually. Your burger, fries and /or milkshake will be charge separately. Then you leave still hungry. Service was excellent, they treated you like a restaurant patron, not a fast food customer.

Excellent in every way! Saw a special on them on unwrapped and wanted to check it out. Did not disappoint. Great service, friendly, helpful. Very clean. And fast and yummy burgers. I could eat the haystack onions as a meal. Looking forward to returning. If you haven't been you're missing out.

Rosemary fries were very good! Truffle burger was also a good option. Spicy Baja burger is okay but its jalapeno didn't taste that great in my burger. All in all pretty good! Slightly pricey but worth it for the most part.

The restaurant is nice and clean. The service ordering our food was fast. We had 3 orders and each item came out separately. The food is expensive. For 3 hamburgers, 1 order of fries, 1 milkshake, and 1 fountain drink our total was $35. The burgers were fantastic! The milkshake was nice and creamy. Great place to eat! Try the smashfries!

Fast food type burger joint that makes food fresh to order and deliver to table. Burgers are tasty and they offer several sides including fries, sweet potato fries, tots etc and also serve milkshakes. Nothing really blows you away but solid enough for what it is. Line can be slow moving which can be frustrating and this location has plenty of parking but lot can be a total mess in lunch hour.

Delicious, high-quality burger. A little on the pricey side for a serve yourself kind of restaurant. With fries and a drink you are looking at least $10 plus per person.

Food was good for fast casual, but it seemed as though the restaurant was short staffed this visit. Waited in line longer than expected with no one there taking orders.

Overall a great place. They have a large verity and very very friendly staff. I added some stuff to my burger and it was a simple hassle free task like it should be. Burgers were a bit hot and a little greasy but that’s exactly what the doctor ordered. Well eating I noticed the lady in front on her phone and was thinking of how I was pleased with her service I was. Then to my surprise she even told guest it was fine to leave their food and trays so she could take care of them. It didn’t appear that is the norm here since there’s plenty of trash cans but seeing that extra step in customer service deserves recognition by her employer. She’s the kind of employee that makes a business succeed.

This location is close to Duke University in a strip shopping center that has other restaurants and businesses. The inside looks brand new as it was clean and modern. There are many options for creating a customized hamburger, chicken or turkey burger with various toppings and vegetables. One unique topping available is a fried egg. They have an app for convenient online ordering and a reward program. I got the mushroom Swiss burger $7.99 that was very good along with the Smashburger fries that have an olive oil rosemary coating $2.59. Both were very good are were large servings for hungry students. There was a slight wait for the food as they handcraft each order. I will definitely return to further explore the menu.
