I bought my wife a two-year-old Smart Fortwo. Optimum for city movement. The car is in excellent condition, so there have not been any major repairs yet, but I go through Smart-Ua, installed a new alarm, and use computer diagnostics. I like everything for now. Qualification and working approach at the height. And this is not surprising STO specializes in Smart.

Work on the car and conversations with the client are extremely disorganized and confusing, employees (masters) do not know how to communicate: they are rude and shout. The part of the plastic part that needed to be soldered was lost, and in response they were sarcastically ridiculed, not to mention apologized. In response to the complaint, the fact that I waited 40 minutes, although an appointment was made in an hour, they said "well, it happens."In short, terrible service.
