Slow & Low Barbeque

Normally when I go to places like this the food is always lovely but the portion sizes are small and I feel like I didn’t get my money’s worth...not here! £7.50 for a huge burger with filling oozing out of every side. One of the best burgers I’ve had in London and well worth the money. Coupled with the fact it’s at Brick Brewery makes it pretty perfect. 👍

One of the best burgers I've had in my life! We ordered the hog, the beef, triple cooked chips and rocket salad. The hog is just melt in your mouth delicious and loaded with crispy pork crackling. The beef is juicy and just well sauced. To top things off the chips are spot on. Super crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. No soggy chips to be seen. The salad was good too. There's just no bad meal here. We also liked the quiet old pub vibe and the vinyl plates. ---------------- Food: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Atmosphere: 4/5 Value: 5/5 Good for: Junking out.

So heartbreaking to read these great reviews about the best burgers in town... Just to realise that I can never have it again as they are not available... I understand the cost-cutting issue, but maybe keeping it on the menu at a higher price for the devoted fans would be a nice compromise with the devotees? ;)

Slow Richie’s made the best beef burger in Peckham, we went there every chance we had. Unfortunately our last trip was a let down because they stopped making beef burgers.

Went last year. Literally the best burger I've ever eaten. Went yesterday. They've taken the burger out...there's no burger in the burger! It's just pulled pork and sauce. Heartbreaking.

A true delight for meat eaters. Great range of burgers, all of which are very tasty. Can wholeheartedly recommend the haggis burger. Very filling too, and reasonable price for the area. Staff are friendly too.
