Sloan's Ice Cream

You have to stop here and check out their ice cream. My favorite is the apple pie ice cream. There are many flavors and I am sure you are bound to find one that you will love! Every time we visit downtown west palm beach we make this a stop right after lunch! Definitely recommend this place!

The best apple pie ice cream!

After a hot day yesterday, my husband and I with some friends went to sloan to cool off with some ice cream. Surprisingly it wasn't packed, we were basically the only ones in line. We felt rushed, as the employees were really rude. I could hear the comments made by one of the employees to the other, as she impatiently rolled her eyes. I usually do not like Sloan, but this will definitely seal the deal I will never be coming back here. Very rude.

Open before a hurricane?????? Let these girls prepare, how much money could you possibly make when people are practically locking themselves inside there house and waiting. What a clown and I even believe the owner happens to be out of town. What good management

Such good ice cream! You walk in and can't help but take a big sniff - it smells so good! The flavors are delicious and not your average ice cream parlor options.

While waiting to cash out I took the smallest bite of a sweet and sour patch type of candy, I was immediately chastised by the manager, the rudest person I have encountered in my life, I offered to pay extra, I would have had no problem with putting a handful of anything in a baggie and paying for it and then putting it back, but this "woman" who acted like a child decided it would be best to talk down to her customers, paying customers as I had 6 people shopping in the store at the time, I was appalled at the way she spoke to me, while all the while the group behind me were sampling any and everything they touched, nothing was said to them. I will never shop here again, and I'd like to thank her for ruining he experience!

The ice cream here is great that's no lye the decor is very cute. Unfortunately the service here was horrible the people behind the counter where rude considering the amount of money we spent on two ice creams we should have had five star service but unfortunately we did not. There's cheaper creameries with better service in the area I'll go somewhere else.

The moment you enter, you'll be called by all of the different kinds of sweets they offer: fudge, ice cream, candies, cookies, caramelized apples, chocolates, you name it. We went for the ice cream. There were many unique and delicious flavors (try Sloan's Dark/White Chocolate... both amazing!). Some of the best ice cream we've ever had. Worth a stop!
