Their 140 minutes or under 'ASAP' delivery time is ridiculous - how can anyone wait for that amount of time for a takeaway? I want to be supportive of local businesses but this is a joke. 150 minutes later, I'm still waiting. When I called to complain I was met with a rude, sarcastic employee. They shouldn't take on more orders than they can deal with - it seems they put money over basic customer experience.

This is nice pizza, however the staff got us to add on extras by casually asking about ingredients without making it clear there would be an extra charge. This is a bit cheeky when their pizza isn’t exactly cheap, and ruined the experience as we felt they were trying to rip us off. Also, you have to pay extra to get vegan cheese on the vegan pizza, even though you can get it free with all the other pizzas. This is confusing and misleading.
