It wasnt a horrible experience my pizza crust on the bottom of the slice was damaged. It had me feeling like something was wrong. Maybe it was just one bad slice I'd give it a try again. I love the size of the slices, and the staff was welcoming.

Avoid this place!! Pizza was disgusting. I asked for a fresh slice because the pizza looked like it had been sitting for three days and they said no. No sauce at all.. re heated and the dough was non existent burnt like a chip spent 17$ on two slices of pizza that tastes worst than a frozen pizza. When I complained they gave me attitude.. last time I ever come to this location. Super disappointed.

Lemon pepper wings? I was SO excited to learn that Slice Factory has wet lemon pepper wings! So I called in an order. This is what I got. They look like bbq or hot wings and they definitely DON’T smell OR TASTE like lemon pepper. Severely disappointed. They are also really REALLY small for the price. Thought I had found my new wing spot.

My slice of pizza was so fulfilling. I had to eat the slice in two sittings. The spicy garlic was Delicious and Tasty! DEFINITELY worth the trip to Oaklawn area.

The girl at slice factory Evergreen Park that answers the phone and takes orders was very rude, Unprofessional customer service do not recommend this place also Food was disgusting I had a stomach virus From the pizza and chicken wings. Do not recommend Stay Away

Pricey food, don't like the staff, reheated pizza sold by the slice. Yuck.

Very nice service. I called because the delivery order was incorrect and they quickly corrected it and sent someone out. Great food!!! Will definitely order again.

The pizza just sits in the glass and it looks bad. Even when they warmed it up it looked like pizza that’s been sitting for a while. I’ll only order food that they actually cook while I wait. And for a basic burger and fries it took 35 minutes.. never going back again.

Food is yummy but seemed like they may be a little under staffed. Took a while to place our order because the cashier was getting a delivery ready. Everyone is super nice though.

Giant slices. Prices are kind of high. To me it's worth it. I was pleased with the customer service.

First Time Here And Loved The pizza

Very disappointed! Hubs had a coupon for buy one get one free, but no limit was listed, so we order 4 & only got the 1 slice free. No fountain drinks, my pizza wasn't even hot or warm enough to reallyenjoy & I didn't like hearing a phone ringing on a speaker while I'm trying to eat dinner with my family. Plus the worker wasn't the friendliest.

Delivered via Door Dash for my parent in a supportive living facility. My parent was happy with the pizza.
