We source only USDA Organic, ethically Fair-Traded coffee with fully traceable supply lines. We believe that being an environmentally conscious coffee company means doing the right thing for you, the customers, and our farmer partners at origin. We work with green coffee importers to identify coffees that are aligned with not only our flavor profiles, but also our values.

Just stopped in to get some ground coffee... Aaron (sp?) was very nice and had samples. Only to go service and ground coffee right now with everything going on, but Manlius has sorely needed a cool little coffeeshop and SkyTop is set to deliver.Go check them out, get your caffeine fix in a socially responsible manner, and support your businesses!
