Skippa Seasonal Japanese Cuisine

Phenomenal experience.. sat at the bar, spoke with the chef most of the night .. the attention to detail on every dish was spectacular. One of the best Japanese experience I’ve had in Canada. Great job!

Food was great, service was amazing. The servers were attentive and always made the effort to check on us, and let us know our food wasn't missing. We ordered the tasting menu, the servers explained every dish to us and how best to eat it. The only complaint we had was how slow the food came. Probably the longest time we've had to wait between dishes on a tasting menu at any restaurant we've been too. I think at one point we waited at least 15mins.

Nice omakase with some novel dish. A little bit crowd if you sit at the bar but hey have the open kitchen you can see how they working on your food. Love their sushi, they also explained where is the fish from. One of my tip for the sushi is eat that when it comes to you do not take a photo because the rice will get cold and kill the flavor. You can try my tips with one sushi and take photo will another one then you will know what I am saying:)
