Skillet

This is a wonderful little restaurant. There is not much room inside, so waits could be long. It is worth it, though. They have a fairly unique menu and said much of the food on their menu is farm to table. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend trying it.

SO GOOD! My friend and I came around 8:10 on a Saturday morning and we sat right down! Such a cute and quaint little atmosphere! We both got coffee, and the omelette of the day was a ham, sweet potato, and farmers cheese omelette with greens on top. It was HUGE, delicious, and incredibly filling! It doesn’t come with toast or anything for $12 and honestly I was very glad it didn’t because the omelette was more than I needed in itself! My friend got the Brown Betty (it was like a blueberry crumb cake topped with whipped cream) and that was a sweet little treat in a cute dish! Also, the waitress was SO NICE! Literally one of the best servers I’ve had at a restaurant! She seemed to really care about her job and the products they serve! 10/10 would recommend and want to go back ASAP!!

Skillet is always a fantastic meal. My only complaint is that I can't sample everything they make since the menu changes daily. The service is great, and every plate is delicious. I definitely recommend checking this place out. They even have a bar, so if you want a drink with your breakfast (or whatever meal you happen to be there for) they can accommodate.

Consistently the BEST breakfast in Columbus and it's not even that close. In my experience, the staff is friendly, attentive and familiar with the menu. I've never been disappointed when ordering based on their recommendation. The menu is always changing and even when I order something I don't think seems like it would be my taste it's absolutely delicious. I can't recommend Skillet enough. If you live near Columbus and haven't tried it stop waiting.

You probably already know, but in case you haven't heard, this place is incredible. Limited seating so show up early or be ready to wait. Local and fresh, I'd be hard pressed to name a better option in Columbus.

Warm service with a unique menu. Do yourself a favor and try the grits! They woo change your life! I highly recommend!

Great spot for breakfast/brunch, but it's not very big and it is popular with he locals so it might get a little packed on the weekends. Super good food though. Comfort food at its finest and they make their own hot sauce!

Easily some of the best food and drinks I have ever had. The food was perfectly cooked and I can only describe it as delicious. The drinks were a perfect balance of flavor. Our waitress was wonderful and friendly as well as the bartender. You couldn't go wrong with what you order.

One of my favorite breakfast places in Columbus! Their food is always great. I would call it a fine dining quality food in a casual setting. Their menu does change, which makes it a treat to try something different every time I go there. They do have a small sitting space and a line in front most of the times they are open. I would argue this is what makes Skillet so attractive, it is a part of the whole experience. It makes this place feel more cozy and food taste better when you finally get inside. And, in my experience, their stuff is always super nice and friendly :) Kudos to the chef and owner!

If you want amazing farm to table brunch, then Skillet is for you! Absolutely delicious food, it does has a small sitting area so unless you come early expect to wait a while. It is definitely worth the wait! They change up the menu regularly, and everything I've tried has been mind-numbingly amazing. Excellent service and staff, I cannot recommend this establishment enough.
