Yes! The Glass Knife has exclusive beans from Onyx Coffee Lab and prepare in all the traditional ways (pour over, cold brew, brewed, espresso, etc.). They even have a selected plot of land that is reserved only for The Glass Knife. You can learn all about it on the Coffee Menu section of their website - https://theglassknife.com/menu-category/coffee/ They are currently offering coffees from Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia and Kenya. All are small batch, fair trade, and small batch roasted. They also have Lactic coffee, which if you haven't tried it yet, you need to! For the month of January 2018, they are offering free brewed coffee. Check it out and see.
