Simply Donairs

Haven't been able to find a better donair place in Edmonton. Trust me...I've definitely tried! Fantastic service always. Place is clean and modern looking. Portions are big and food quality is always superb. Definitely will keep coming back whenever I get that donair craving!

Really good donair, some of the best in Edmonton BUT... Its rather awkward having to instruct/remind the employees of what your order is time and time again. Every time I ask for a donairs with hot sauce I am always forced to remind the cook that its spicy even when I am the only customer. Either remove hotsauce completly, train your employees to communicate better or update the ordering system so the person prepping isn't left in the dark as to what has been ordered. This is to the point I would rather order Swiss Donairs through Skip, wait an hour and pay $40 then have to be "that customer" who is continually having to correct your employees. Simple fix for Simply Donairs.

The portions you get for the price you pay is very good value. The the best donair place in the city by far.

Went to Buster's donair and I ordered a Jumbo donair they pretty much gave me a veggie wrap with no meat. I cam here after they loaded it with meat so much I couldn't even finish it. They have great donairs here. This is my favourite place now.

I'm from Halifax...... where we know a thing or two about what a good donair should be. I have tried many donairs in the city...... Nothing comes as close to the East Coast donairs as Simply donairs. This chain makes AWESOME donairs. They have a wide selection of other choices too, but you can't beat the classic. The beef is spicy and is chopped up in nice sized meaty nuggets. The sweet sauce is to die for. Portions are great and the prices are decent too. I got a large beef donairs with a 710ml pop for $13.50. The building is really clean, and quite large inside. Nice clean tile throughout. Even looking back into the kitchen, all you see is nice clean tile. Very good joint to have a bite any time of the day.

Helpful pleasant staff. This is a regular chicken donair! Larger than I figured it would be! Great value!

Very clean place! Have to say that, also their donairs are huge and very tasty, they also have a vegetarian donair.

Good food decent price.

I really enjoy coming to this place. The food is tasty and you get a lot for your money. I make a point of eating here about once a month. The staff are friendly and it's quite clean every time I come here even though there's almost always a steady stream of customers coming through the door. They gotta be doing something right!

I tried the Donair Poutine at lunch here. Overall, everything was decent. The portion is definitely worth the price and the gravy and cheese were nice. The meat was a little dry/bland and the fries were pretty average though.

First time today...ask for a sample of their sauce, and they were very accommodating. Lots of toppings and meat on the donairs. I ordered a small, reg and large and onion rings. Portion sizes of all was perfect. The donairs were delicious, my new favorite donair place.The staff were very friendly and the place very clean!! The back kitchen looked impressive
