Simply Banh Mi

Best beef pho broth! Chicken is good too, but not a fan of the lemon grass beef pho (it’s good but the original is so much better)

Cute spot, kid friendly, the food was delicious and the staff is friendly and welcoming. To top it off, it is only 9 minutes from the Kennedy Center and parking was not difficult to find on a Saturday afternoon. Highly recommend this restaurant.

This has a short story attached to it. I saw a doc on Banh Mi sandwiches and was determined to find one in the city. There were a few but I chose this one, a good hours walk from my home. I figured a good walk on a nice day would be great and to try this sandwich at the end of my walk would be stellar.When I tell you THIS SANDWICH WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC I’m not kidding. I loved every bite. I got a shrimp Banh Mi with crispy eggplant. The eggplant is so thin it compliments everything very well. I just loved it. The restaurant, the lovely man who took my order and brought it to me. It was just fantastic. I can’t stop singing it praises to anyone who will listen. No go, and get you some Banh Mi❤️
