Food was delicious. We had the sweet and sour pork, pineapple chicken, and cashew chicken and they were all great. We especially loved the fried wonton appetizers. Very friendly staff, quick service and family- friendly.

We have been on a strict weight loss diet for the last few months and elected to get silver dragon as a birthday treat. We placed the order through door dash for delivery. We had special instructions for one dish that accidentally got put onto the other dish. We immediately called silver dragon within a minute of placing the order. We tried to explain to the first gal who answered and she did not understand and transferred us to another gentleman. It took a bit but the other gentleman figured out what we were asking. His response was “no, we no do that.” If you “don’t do that”, then why is it an option on the app and why have you don’t it every time before? Business must be booming if you can afford to not care at all about your customer? Also, promptly after refusing to modify the order, he disconnected the call before we could say anything else... Happy birthday!

It's difficult to find old-fashioned American Chinese food in the Puget sound, but this is one of my favorites, if only for the egg foo young, which is like a hug. Their veggies are fresh -- broccoli pops and snow peas snap. Seems obvious, but hard to find that at most old school American Chinese joints.

So why do I give a one star, let me tell ya. Consistency of quality is not happening here. I’ve been eating here for almost 3 years now. I even gave them a really good 4star rating at first because their food was really good, then it turned into so gross! Not only do they skimp on servings with takeout orders, when I complain about how much oil is used the chef gives me grief, tells me why don’t I cook it at my home myself, how rude and disrespectful. So, then I decide maybe it’s just that chef and I give it another shot. To No evail, I go and order a Mongolian beef and a side of deep-fried 🍤 and egg drop soup, steam rice. You know what came in my order‘ 1 deep fried 🍤 1 veg egg roll, 1 small slice of bbq pork, a quarter cup of egg drop soup, a quarter cup steam rice, with the greasiest and grossest Mongolian beef I’ve ever had in my life, it was so disgusting! So, now that your chef retaliated by making my food disgusting because I ask for quality, you just lost this customer forever! I’ve wasted my hard earned money for too long. I don’t need to be abused by somebody who doesn’t like to take requests to use less oil please because the way you cook! $23 for your gross food, no way is that ever Ok, Ok! This isn’t a DoorDash problem, it’s a rude chef🤢 🤮 Pride is more important than customer service & quality food, Wow!😳 Yes, I’ll make my own🙏🏻

got take out and was so very disappointed.no sauce on curry trio, spare ribs w/ black bean sauce abosolutely awlful, will make my own from now on bbq pork (thats hard to mess up) dry and hard. wont go back
