Never a bad experience here. The food is wonderful, staff friendly, fast, and knowledgeable about the menu. Mild or spicy so there is something for everyone. A go to favorite for years. Also the owner is very supportive of local charities. Check them out!

Food was very tasty. Best we had in a while! And on top of this service was very friendly and accommodating. This place is now on our list of places to eat.

Food was pretty good. Not amazing like some Indian buffets I have been to before, but good quality for a buffet in general. My complaint is that I ordered chai tea and they brought me one tiny cup of it. After I asked for more they told me they charge for each refill, so it would have been $2.99 for every cup of tea. That is just ridiculous. My server was great, but when she told me that I immediately decided I wouldn’t return here if they need to charge for a tiny cup of tea. The interior of the restaurant is sort of dark and could use some updating. The bread was delicious and I really enjoyed desert option.

We have been going to Silver coin now for years, and have made it one of our Semi Traditions. The staff has been there together for a very long time (years), and they still always make you feel right home with their generous hospitality and service. They Never Get Comfortable and let go of their stance of above and beyond exceptional customer service. The owner is such a kind and Catering man, I could not speak anything lower than this for an Amazing team who is an outstanding attribute to the Hoover community.Thank you for many Wonderful Years of Service and traditional cuisine that comes from different regions of India, Silver Coin!

Nice restaurant for Indian food. Staff was very friendly. Chicken 65 was very tasty and well cooked. Chicken biryani was well made too, according to our spice preference. Mango martini was good as well. Fairly priced and good portions of food. Would definitely recommend this place to others and will go here again.

Always the same friendly faces when you come here. The people are very nice. Good variety on the menu too. Their pickled carrots dish, I'm obsessed with and yummy palak paneer.

It’s my professor’s favorites place, now we know why! Very nice restaurant playing light r&b music which just fits my taste. The food is full of flavors, especially the Lamb! We loved it sooooo much, the flavor is just perfect, especially when combined with Garlic Naans. The chicken tandoori is a bit light in flavor but is still tasty. The waitress is soooo nice and responsive. Perfect dining experience. Highly recommended!

We have been regular customers for 12 years, first as just a couple and now with 3 kids. The food has never been less than excellent and the owner and employees treat us like family. Highly recommended.

1st timer. Very tasty food, i went for a rice dish with lamb. It was enough to share and have a take home box. The atomosphere was chill, great customer service.

If you want to be treated like family, this is the place to go. In my opinion, it is the best tasting Indian food in the city. I even took my 88 year old mother there and she liked it! We take friends there and start out with the Manchurian Gobi. That appetizer gets them on board to try other flavors.

This is seriously one of the best Indian places around. All of their meats and stuffed breads are absolutely amazing and their Chai tea is extremely good as well. The staff here has always been super friendly and the service is very fast. Highly recommended if you are in the area. Everything is wonderful here.
