Silk Road Uyghur Cuisine

We ordered in from Silk Road and it was absolutely delicious; we loved every single dish we tried. The flavor was incredible and the meats were so juicy!We got the Laghman noodles which were very good with a couple meats and vegetables, and mostly hand pulled noodles . The dumplings were so incredibly juicy and tasty (filled with beef and onion). The big plate chicken (we got the small plate chicken) was super tasty and tender with delicious big chewy flat noodles and potatoes. The naan filled with meat was so so so good, basically a big fried dough filled with juicy tasty lamb and onion. And finally we go the scallion lamb, which was absolutely deliciously tender, my personal favorite. Will definitely be returning.

The food here was really delicious (I recommend the Laghman). The dining area is a bit small, and the chairs aren’t very comfortable, so I would suggest ordering for takeout if you’re picky about that sort of thing. It’s a bit pricy, but I think the quality of food is worth the expense. Also, it can be difficult to find parking, so public transportation is probably a better option than driving.

The menu is not too big, but the lamb and rice is yummy. Very tasty, just the right amount of spices
