Definitely not impressed. Ordered the drunken noodles with chicken, and I just had to throw everything away. The chicken was rubbery and had an awful taste to it, there was too much basil in the plate that I couldn't enjoy the other flavors.

This is where I go to get best Thai food. Basil chicken here is my favorite. Not a good place for vegetarians as options are limited.

Solid noodle spot for Downtown with decent prices. Place gets pretty packed if you go right at noon though.

The food was decent. The waitresses were pushy and were very focused on getting the orders ready and send us out. We even received our check even before we started eating. I wouldn't prefer it as a dine in place but would recommend any take away orders.

Worst customer experience I have ever had. I arrived at what should have been a lunch to catch up with old friends, only to legitimately get kicked out for “staying too longâ€, a total of 58 minutes. My friends and I ate quickly and were sitting and catching up (once again, less than 1 hour total) before a man working came over and told us that since we were the first table there, we “‘must leave now†and stood at the table until we got up. It was not only uncomfortable for us but for every table around us that witnessed it. I’m sure they didn’t just lose our business for good but everyone around us, as well. On top of it, the food was average so it is certainly not worth the risk of coming here. Avoid at all costs.

I read a few reviews that said the service was poor. I experienced nothing but great service! The staff was very timely with seating, menus, and serving the food. The food tasted fresh and delicious. The prices were affordable and the portion was big.

Long time reliable Thai restaurant in the Loop. Excellent food, fair price, and great service. Can get busy at times so some patience may help. My favorite is the panang noodles. Deep panang curry flavor with crispy noodles, and not aware of other places to get this in Chicagoland. The beef salad is also on the family short list.

Ordered dinner to go for three nights when I was staying at the Kimpton Allegro hotel around the corner. Food is very good. Pad Thai was well made with lots of tofu. I tried the crispy Pad Thai one night. While good, I preferred the regular version. Also tried the roast duck over Chinese Broccoli, papaya salad, and teriyaki salmon. All were very good. Would definitely come back if I was staying nearby.

The good: The food is always fresh and tasty. Many options from rice dishes to noodle dishes. Quick table service for a business lunch. The not-so-good: The tables sit inches apart; expect zero privacy to conversations. The staff are frenetic, nearly running from station to table, throwing water into glasses (sloshing onto my pants today), and practically frisbee tossing plates into your lap. The check is brought with your food and the waiter won't return to check on you, so you'll have to shout her down if you need something.Bottom line: If you want decent Thai food and no-frills service that gets you in and out under 45 minutes, this place fits the bill.

This place never fails to impress. They have good food for affordable rates, there is no waiting time even when the place is loaded.
