Shoyu is the less expensive option for sushi in Park City while still offering good food.

Great sushi reasonably priced in an old school sushi bar atmosphere. It's a hidden gem.

I have been going to shoyu for a few years now and it is still one of the better sushi places I have been to. While the staff is small and service can be a bit slow at times. They have always been great! The owner is a really nice guy too.

We were in town for two nights and decided to give this place a try for dinner one evening. It is a very small sushi joint but don’t let that fool you. Me and my dad got 3 different rolls to share and every one of them was fabulous. The miso soup was great as well. We definitely enjoyed our meal here and would recommend a visit!

Good fish, make a reservation. There are less than 30 seats here. Small cozy and good.

We stopped here after shopping at the outlets. It was our first time eating here and it was so delicious! We got 4 rolls and we loved them all! We got Caterpillar. Alaskan, Pasadena and Crunchy tuna. The Alaskan was our favorite but they were all so good.

Let’s be clear: this place is a dive. It’s and the tables are a BIT sticky. But—as many dives go—it’s also a gem. If you’re not expecting Park City chic, you’ll enjoy this joint. Bonus: the prices are reasonable. I ate two rolls, two orders of nigiri, a salad, and a BOTTLE of Saki (that’s a ton of food!) for less than 100 bucks. Order that all at a fancy place and you’re easily looking at a buck fifty. The service was good. And the ambiance was nice (but—again—not fancy).

The staff is always friendly, the food is beyond delicious (I can't even find the correct word to describe the food. It's amazing), and the atmosphere is so welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend trying their sushi. My personal favorite is the crunchy tuna.

I was very impressed with the quality of their sushi and service. The place itself is pretty small but not uncomfortable. I liked the laid back feel of the place. If you're craving sushi while in Park City then this is a good place to go.
