My 1st time dining here. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was great. It is a bit tricky to find but we'll worth the hunt!

My husband and I were there for our 24th Anniversary celebrating. Great great service and as always Superb food! I have been here so many times and never had a bad experience.

Excellent food and atmosphere. Our server, Shante was very attentive and professional. The menu is shorter, but the quality of the food makes up for that entirely.

Amazing food, waitress was great. Minus one star for reservation being messed up and did not box up all of our left overs, we left and di not realize until we got home. Would still recommend, food is absolutely wonderful and the experience was still pretty great.

Food and service were incredible as was the ambiance. Took a recent Doctorate to dinner here and they did not disappoint. The garlic mash potatoes are great as was everything else we had. The wait staff worked together as a team and made us feel like we were the only ones in this crowded restaurant. There is a bar as well if you are looking for some adult libation. We will be back.

Shoemakers is our favorite place to go for a nice relaxing dinner. The food is always consistent and cooked right. The staff is super friendly, management is outstanding in making sure our experience is always top notch! Highly recommend Rernee at the bar. Great drinks and friendly service.

It was a very pleasant dining experience. Price didn't bother me because I've never eaten at a restaurant as nice as this. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something different from the normal fast pace dining that Lynchburg normally offers.

The staff was super helpful and the food was great. My wife has allergies and they were very accommodating. I would totally go again. Santos did an amazing job with his suggestions not only for our dinner but also our trip. I would ask to sit in his section

Shoemakers has a very nice atmosphere and staff, but their quality of food and service is subpar. Expected better dressed/greetings at host desk. The filet, crab, and ribeye were some of the worst I’ve ever had. Expected top-line experience, but got Golden Corral taste for $300 (3 people) Note: if you come down elevator for handicap, then you can’t get back up without card. No one told us so my mother had to wait while I ran around and through the hotel to let her in.

We stopped in for an after dinner drink and had a fabulous time. Renae was our bartender and did a fantastic job making us the best hot buttered rums we ever had. She was a gracious host and made the experience memorable.

Shoemakers is the best restaurant in Lynchburg, IMHO. The wait staff is professionally trained, the food is gorgeous and delicious, and the atmosphere is quietly posh and romantic.

Got the Fillet Mignon.. SO good. I've had many steaks and this one has been my favorite of all time. Very flavorful and meat was perfect quality!
