Sho Nuff Seafood NC

Sho Nuff is good. I’ve been to the truck 4x. The first time was so delicious 😋. The second time I went was on a Friday when everything is fried. I must say that although the fish was fried good and crispy, it wasn’t seasoned. It was bland. My fried lobster tail had uncooked batter. The third time I went, all of the food was literally drowned in butter. The fourth time (pictured) I was weary of going because of the less than desirable 2nd and 3rd experiences however, the food was bomb (really good). I would give them another try and I would recommend it to a friend.

Cons: Slightly over cooked seafood (a little chewy)Pros: You get a lot of food for the price. Good flavor. Friendly service. Most of the plates you can share with another person.My first time about a month ago trying to experience Sho Nuff, they announced they were taking no more orders for the next hour when I walked in the door. Was able to put in an order today. The wait was 45 minutes. It's a popular place, so be prepared to wait, but the food is hot and delicious.

I waited 1 hour for an order that I placed for 6:30pm pick up at 9:30am. Once I came in I was told my order was not ready and they said they’d call me when the order is ready. Waited an hour, no call. Came back in around 7:30 and they were finishing it up. When I showed up they were giving new orders 30 minute wait times. I don’t see the point in placing an order ahead of time if I still have to wait an hour. The food itself did come out hot and flavored well. Service makes up part of the full experience and I never received an apology for the order being out late. Always other places to get good seafood. Don’t know if I’ll be back. *Kanye shrug*

The food was great. The manager was not there when we arrived, but he came in the door from outside, walked straight behind the counter and helped put a customer's food in a bag. Then he continued to help fill orders and never once washed his hands.Because of this we will not return. I wanted to give more stars because the food was good, but after that I could not.

Tried their food for the first time last week and it was REALLY GOOD!! The spicy shrimp, crab legs, and corn tasted delicious. The only con is not being able to substitute the potatoes, sausage, or corn for one or the other when ordering online.

The most delicious seafood ever!!! They have large portions at an affordable price, quick, friendly, and professional service, and WELL SEASONED food. This restaurant is amazing and I will be back soon!

These people know how to prepare seafood. Portions are large and staff was friendly. Inside was clean, but the decor and booths need some love. If you are looking for grand views and plenty of ambience, do not go here. If you want a no frills restaurant that can truly cook some awesome seafood however, this is your place!

Superb, seriously! No embellishing here. The portion sizes are the best bang for your buck, compared to any seafood restaurant in the area. The containers are stuffed to the point where it can’t be closed. Food is seasoned perfectly too, homemade slaw is great. I typically get the whiting combo, with 3 massive pieces of fish. It’s enough for 2 people to be honest ! My only wish would be homemade tarter sauce.

Let me start off by saying that I love crab legs and have tried them around the globe. I went into Sho Nuff Seafood for 2 crab clusters only and ended up eating 3! They're crab legs were the best I've had this far and the spicey garlic sauce is delicious! Definitely will be back! Thanks again Sho Nuff Seafood for great food and amazing service!

I tried to call to pick up an order, but the only options were to go inside and order or go online. Ordering online was easy and fast. I received 2 emails, a confirmation and another stating that my order will be ready at 8:04pm. I received a call around 7:45pm that more order was ready and to describe my car. I received another call a few minutes later asking the same thing. I got my order and it was amazing! You definitely get a lot of food for the price and it was very flavorful. I will say that the sweet corn seemed a little over cooked, but the seasoning on it was really good. I would definitely order again.
