The host/manager looking older gentleman at the cafe floor is incredibly rude to English speaking guest. I do not appreciate the attitude that came out of no where.

Wonderful lunch in Ginza. Ordered the set lunch. The service was superb. The lady staff had limited English. The restaurant was filled with locals.I wanted to take a photo of the interior but was shy. The decor is very grand. Beautiful experience!

I loved this place. There's a waiting line for Cafe on the second floor waited about 40mins or so when I visited there. It is very fancy and classic cafe and very relaxed 👌

You can do it.
There is a private room available on the fifth floor for around 8 people. It is a reservation required.
Both cafe and restaurant open at 11:30. Weekday limited lunch 16:00 LO. Weekday limited afternoon medium lunch 14:00 ~ 16:30 LO. It seems that there are no particular restrictions on what is called a general lunchtime or dinnertime, but the usage time after ordering in common sense seems to be up to 3H. As it is also a top-class office in Ginza, it seems that users should be asked for proper manners. If it is lunch, it is common sense that it comes to a store until around 14:30, and it is thought that the account closing will be done before 17:30 at the latest. Please inquire directly for details. During weekends and weekends at the restaurant and cafe, it is recommended that you make a reservation in advance, as they will be waiting for your order. You can not reserve a cafe.
PS: There is a cafe WAKO next to the WAKO building, but only snacks.
