Best overall experience I've had in a very long time. Jeff the owner meets his patrons at the door and greets them all as friends. This is the coolest place I've ever eaten. From the cheerful attentive staff, to the decor, the attention grabbing names of the menu selections and even the smooth voice of the live singer in the dining room. The food was outstanding (We shared the TBD Steak Fingers - tenderized, battered and deep fried - the Mrs had the grilled Romaine salad and I enjoyed the Cohos Gone Wild. The walnut and blueberry strudel with fresh real whipped cream knocked it out of the park! ) Everyone around us also seemed happy as well!

This a wonderful quirky place. I was amazed that every staff person saw me signing to my deaf son and without hesitation started addressing him directly with basic signs like thank you and coffee. I am impressed. I had always wanted to come here and decided to on my birthday with my deaf son and my mother. It was a delightful day. Thank you.

Met family there and they let us talk for hours while we ate good food and drank our drinks. Service is excellent and they don't miss a beat.

Food was good, atmosphere is eclectic and cool and the staff very friendly. We went on a Friday night, so it was really hard to find parking downtown and we had to wait a while to get seated and for our food. Next time I think I would go at lunch.

First time in since the new owners. Really enjoyed it. Good flavors. Good service. First time experiencing glass straws. We loved everything about our meal.

Cool Pacific Northwest atmosphere! Lots of neat pictures and decorations to look at. The chicken sandwich was awesome, as was the blackened chicken salad.

Great selection of full menu, vegan and vegetarian options. Great dessert menu also, including gluten free selection. Great staff and lively music make a fun atmosphere. Would eat here again in a heartbeat.

The Cascadia burgers were delicious, filling and the extra bacon adds a perfect touch to the flavor...plenty of fresh iced tea, plus the waitress is very kind and helpful with taking our menu order. The restrooms are clean and spacious. Overall, a pleasant dining experience-- Thank you, Cascadia!

We stumbled on Cascadia during a business trip and ordered a big variety of items from their menu from appetizers through deserts. Everything was excellent! The highlight however was the service. The ladies that served and seated us we engaging and thoughtful, elevating the experience to something memorable. Highly recommended.

We came early for lunch and I had an Impossible burger and fries. It was much better than the competition. Service was good and quick. I think the cost was pretty high $15 for just a burger and fries. But it was tasty and I'll be back!

Try the poutine.Overall Cascadia had a nice feel and good food. It's a bit expensive and maybe a little over hyped. It does have a large selection of vegetarian/vegan options (including vegetarian burgers). They even have a separate menu specifically for vegetarian options.

THE VERY BEST service, amazing food, incredible menu. Lots of Vegan & Gluten Free options. I challenge you to find a better, more welcoming place to enjoy a quality meal in Olympia. There's no way you can. Cascadia Grill is tops.
