Good teste but there is no English menu. You need to show the picture to order.

Book in advance as we had a 40 minute wait!Very interactive and fun izakaya - the staff are very friendly and explained everything in so much detail (even in English which is appreciated).We spent about 3,500 yen. We really enjoyed the fried octopus legs, fried pork and we tried really good quality raw horse meat for only 1,450 yen!

Food is so so

美味しい We had an amazing night here with our Australian family of five. Although the staff do not speak any English and our Japanese was very basic: we worked it out together and had a fun learning experience as well as a beautiful dinner. The food was Fast & Incredibly flavorsome and the service was first class. It is a traditional restaurant with everything from the drumming to welcome you when you enter through to removal of your shoes. Our waitress Nozomi was very patent with us and made the experience fun.We would love to to return when next in Nagano. ごちそうさまでした

Amazing atmosphere and traditional decor. Staff is friendly and helpful and offer English menu and good recommendations. The food is delicious and affordable. We particularly enjoyed the grilled pork and the deep fried octopus legs. Easy to reach from the station and a very unique experience altogether, would recommend.

Great Staff, very good food and atmosphere.

It was a â—Ž shop where the staff could explain the menu properly. The idiot (horse and deer) stab and smoked savory birds were delicious. Due to the effect of the Health Promotion Law from April, smoking is smoking outside the store.

A very nice experience, the atmosphere there is awesome!The food is great if you take japanese food. Move of the reviews I saw was about western style or chinese food... The staff is very nice and you have an english menu on a tablet. That's best to speak few words of japanese but not compulsory.You can try different kind of shochu which are really not easy to find usually.I had a great experience there and wish you the same

Fun restaurant serving local and regional specialities. Food quality is 3 stars, atmosphere gets 5. They play a drum when you enter and have various cooking displays throughout the evening which you can enjoy from the counter seats. The alcohol menu is vast with the largest selection of 地酒 I've ever seen.

This is really good restaurant for the foreign ers. Traditional japanese style interior, and very good services with "reasonable price"!

Great food. Amazing beef. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. English menu available. Booking Advised but we managed to get a seat for 2 as a walk in.
