Every time I visit Japan I always come here. Their buta-don is just fantastic. The sause they use is sweet and savory. The pork tender and crisped on the edges. The rice perfect. You need to come here if you love pork on rice.

More meat and more rice. I suggest just ordering medium. It's quite a lot of food. Ensure you finish eat everything and not waste.
Exiting Shimbashi Station Kashiwa Moriguchi, the dining room at the back of New Shimbashi Building 1st floor is lined up. Please be careful not to make a mistake as there is a similar store next door.
I do not know the attention to pork.
