A soba house made from a reconstructed 140-year-old house. When you come here, you can meet the Koreans. Soba is juicy and tasty. Soy sauce, which is eaten with a cynic bar, has no sweetness and strong salty taste compared to Korea. The fry is also very good. Recently I wanted to eat buckwheat asexually, so I checked it and dropped in.I received a colander of 28 noodles.Soba noodles are thin but firm, and the soup is a bit spicy but delicious.The shop uses an old building and the atmosphere is calm.

I received a set of Uchiko pork bowl and soba noodles.We have remodeled a long-established private house, so you can heal the fatigue of your trip just by entering the store.The buckwheat noodles were fragrant and wonderful. I heard from the surrounding information that Uchiko is famous for pigs, and I was really lucky to enjoy my favorite soba noodles and local pork bowls.If you get this set in Tokyo or Osaka, you will probably get twice as much.
