One of the best dumplings in Okinawa.It is recommended to use chokushu which melts in your mouth with deep soup and soft taste.On May 19, 2006, Tsukemen was not on the menu.Please refer to Okinawa's unique salty taste.I have a return visit.

Never had pork s tender. The flavour of the soup and the thick noodles are great match. Not too salty but will definitely give you a surprise.
