Very unique architecture and observatory. The elevator ride and escalator to the top alone are pretty worth it. The view at the top at night is jaw dropping though I'm certain it's very neat way to spend the evening no matter the time of day. A single adult ticket is 1500 JPY.

Beautiful building. The Floating Garden is breath taking, it’s like a scene from Avatar (the blue lights in the jungle). The basement had a variety of restaurants which was fun to go around and pick!

No garden (winter time?) but cool views of Osaka. Good beer selection at the counter on floor below the outdoor area. NB: if you spend a minimum at restaurants in the basement of the building, you will get a voucher to go to the top (good value as we easily spent the minimum for dinner after spending the 1500 yen each to go up).

Free access with Osaka amazing two-day pass. The best time to visit is around 5:30pm in winter as you can enjoy sunset and nighttime cityscape together. The skywalk is pretty cool ! Worth a visit.

I got this free using the Osaka Amazing pass. The architecture of this is amazing! You get a 360 view of Osaka. There's also a restaurant and a cafe available on the premises. When I went it wasn't crowded.

The Umeda Sky Building was pretty cool to visit. Starting off at the bottom there is a nice garden to visit. After you can make your way up to the top where there are windows in every direction to see all parts of the city with some diagrams talking about the history of the building

Simple directions to the observatory and great views of the surrounding area. The cafe located at the top has a nice selection of drinks and food but damn the ice cream is great there, just don't take it outside on the deck :P

The best views in the city, hands down. Do it in the daylight or at night, both give amazing views of Osaka on all sides. Great for photos. A bit pricey just for a view, but it's SUCH a view. I highly recommend it.

Umeda Sky Building is a signature architecture for it’s beautiful city view from the observatory desk in Shin Umeda City. The route from the top level to the observatory desk was kind of confusing but the staff was friendly and helpful. The escalators covered with transparent windows were famous but super scary. There is a Japanese traditional garden located on lower level which is surprisingly nice to me.

It`s definitely my most favourite building in Osaka. Such an interesting architecture. I love it. I didn`t go up to the last floor with the 360 degrees view over the city. I just went to the floor underneath it, but it was also worth it and offered a fantastic view over Osaka too. I especially loved the escalator in the tunnel.

Amazing view. Open roof, so check the weather before you come here. There is also a small special area for couples where you can put love locks as a sign of your eternal promises

Very interesting architecture! Pro tip: you can go nearly to the top FOR FREE! You can see just about everything you would be able to see from the top but that costs Â¥1500. Not worth it in my opinion. Also had a fun gift shop and a cute window for a photo op. Restroom is off to the left if you need one. Another tip: get there about half hour before sunset. We got here at this time by accident but the sky was just turning golden AND we beat the crowds 🙌ðŸ¼

I had missed the Umeda Sky Building last year when I visited Osaka due to the time constraint. This year makes time to visit the place and I find is worth it. The view is great although is raining during my visit. You may see the scenery from different sides (e.g. north, south, east, and west).

After a bit of difficulty in finding the entrance, which is not marked very well, I purchased my ticket for Umeda Sky Building. Price for admission was reasonable by Japanese standards. I cannot remember the exact price. If you really want to know, look at their website for more information. You walk around a very white corridor to a set of lifts, which take you up almost to the top. Then you exit out and take a very unique escalator which connects two seperate parts of the building, external to the structure itself. You'll see.At the top is the fantastic view of the city with shops, cafes and facilities. Overall a great place to visit.
