I think it is best to request a room with a view of Tokyo Tower from the top when making a reservation. The fantastic night illuminated is wonderful. Room card grades distinguish high floors from others. It has the advantage of security, and even elevators. Needless to say, it is a tower with slightly different views depending on the price. During the daytime, please note that the room overlooks the garden.
