If you want the authentic Japanese dining experience, Shibui has got it - from the sushi bar to the floor-style seating traditional to Japan. The food was why we came and did not disappoint; the appetizers, such as the vegetable tempura and shrimp dumplings, were the perfect start with a glass of sake. Soon enough, our sushi selections arrived and we're fresh and many of the options were unique. Closing with doughy and sweet Thai donuts was the perfect idea. The environment and the experience of eating on the ground was a first and one that really did allow our group to engage in better conversation. It got a bit uncomfortable with our legs falling asleep but nothing a bit of shifting or a stretch can't help. The prices depending on what you get may vary, some of the more unique rolls are pricey but are quality.
