Nice store. Employees are helpful. Parking lot is very busy with cars using the parking lot to go from one road to another. Been good to keep chicken and beef in stock through the COVID-19 thus far.

Do you want to go to the most expensive grocery store in town that isn't Whole Foods? Are you prepared to pay to avoid standing in the checkout line with the riffraff? Alternatively, are you here for the loss-leader and absolutely nothing else? If the answer to any of those questions is yes, this is the grocery store for you!

It's a great location. clean, friendly staff. The prices are over priced compared to price chopper, which takes out a few stars. I usually make a quick stop for fruit which is always fresh

This place is an overpriced dump. They do have some organic and specialty products. The service is terrible and I know someone who got jumped in the parking lot. So I would avoid if unarmed. Also it's dirty and messy, see pictures.

I love the products and most prices at Shaw's. I also find that 90% of their employees are helpful and friendly. The one warning that I'd give to anyone using their Just4U program is CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!! Sometimes the coupons are validated and many times are NOT!!

Good product selection. Store is clean, well lit and employees are helpful. However, when I went there some of the products (including the donuts I wanted) were out of stock.

Shaws is my go-to store in Worcester. The store is very clean, the employees are attentive and friendly, the selection is great, and bums are not circling the parking lot looking to hassle you for hand-outs; All of these things make Shaws a winning choice when all the other stores fail in at least one of those categories.
