Slow service and meat was overcooked. I'll give it one more try before I write it off

I read the reviews on here about terrible customer service but thought it would be fine. But no, this was the first and last time Sharkey's will get my business. One of the workers wasn't rude to me, just short and uncaring, but he was rude the the person behind me in line because she asked for something that wasn't on the menu. That's no reason to be rude to someone. Now the second worker was very rude to me, after finishing my burrito she asked what kind of sauce I wanted, I told her sour cream "I'm gonna have to charge you for it" "that's fine" and then she flipped her hand in the air, huffed o er to where the sour cream was, and made a scene about it. Like, geeze you asked me a question and I answered it. Again, no reason to be rude, if you don't like your job then quit.
