Sharko's BBQ

It smells great when you walk in the door. The food is amazing. Brisket grilled cheese and the burnt ends are incredible. Haven't had a bad side dish yet. Top it off with free soft serve? Heaven.

Great food, huge selection of sides for decent prices, friendly staff. Positive family vibe and not too cavernous or loud. Self service is pretty easy. Very clean restaurant. Great sauces, really amazing options. Loved it and will be back!

I travel the across the country a couple of times a month and am always on the lookout for exceptional barbecue. The brisket is fantastic. I often skip sauces as I'm a fan of dry rubs but most of Sharky's [sauces] are worth trying.

Sharko's is fantastic. Their food is of a consistently high quality, the restaurant is always clean, and the service is friendly. I recommend the sliced brisket, the broccoli side, and the brussel sprouts side. The reason this isn't a 5 star is that ordering the correct portion of meat is tough because of how they take your order by weight or by the size of your container. I have been asked "How many ounces?" which I have a hard time visualizing or knowing exactly how much food that is depending on which meat. Maybe that's just me.

Surprised at how good the BBQ and the sides were. I had the pork and the brisket and both were top notch. A huge variety of meats and sides, and the flexibility to choose your portion size made the experience outstanding. Sauces were good as well. I also thought the decor was very nice and the place was very clean... Even during Friday lunch rush.

Tasty food and very reasonable prices. Their selection of sauces is great. My wife and I recommend the Shark Bite sauce because of the kick of heat in it. The complimentary ice cream acts as a nice palate cleanser as well.The staff is very friendly and are happy to help you build the plate with anything you choose. Looking forward to return and try more things.

Wow!!One of the Best BBQ joints in US! I was fortunate enough to travel this United States up and down; this place is outstanding. Whatever u like go for it. Pork, beef, chicken, turkey, sausage, all great tasting and delicious. Same go for the sides. Everyone posts pictures of their plates with food. I am posting a picture of my plate when I was done. This place is clearly one of the finest restaurants in the neighborhood. Anytime I come to this place I am exceedingly satisfied. They keep their very high standard service and the topmost level of dishes they give. You are always happy with this place. Very recommended.
