Great staff! Fast and friendly! Everyone is guaranteed to have a good time!

Came in for a late night dinner. Place was not at all busy, at most 10-20% chairs filled. When the appetizer came, we didn’t have any utensils and napkins. Then utensils came after we asked for it, but no napkins. We ordered drinks but nothing came. I had to get up and get our glasses of water from the bar. Then we had to remind the waitress about our missing drinks. Then the drinks came and then the main course. The food was just ok. The people working at this restaurant seem very nice. However, the service was terrible and the quality of the food isn’t all that great. Almost 60£ for three people.

Fabulous hotel and restraunt. Really handy for Gatwick. Parking package and taxi service really simple and efficient. Staff all helpful and really friendly. Always stay here. Love it.

Dreadful service. Truly awful, 2 hour wait for two courses. Food was okay, but well overpriced for what it was. Our theory is that the chef is drunk and the waiters are hungover.

My wife and I ordered tea for 2 and fish and chips each, the service was very good, but my god the chips were pathetically thin splinters of potatoes, to call them chips was stretching it a bit... the fish was nice but what a measley sized cod it was, if that what it was? We managed to get 3/4 of a cup of tea each out of the ridiculously small pot, to add insult to injury the whole meal set me back nearly £35 ! This will be the last time we use this restaurant if we stay in this hotel.
