Shari's

The food and pie were delicious which is why I will go there occasionally. The service is horrible..long waits to be served..during and have to get up to get my check. I have been at this restaurant at least 7 times and this poor service has occurred each time. It is not the fault of the server...I have observed a lack of servers to meet the needs of the customers. Tonight..great meal and amazing pie...one server for the entire restaurant. I would come more often..but, it takes alit to get me to come in. I have to prepare myself for the poor service, but, the food is good.

Food was hot, fresh, and delicious! The milkshakes, with a slice of pie mixed in, were outrageously satisfying! I overate, but it was just too good to not finish. Service was pretty good, milkshakes were quite reasonably priced, considering the quality of them, and the fact that we received the tins also. A very nice dining experience!

Great food, but very poor service. I don't go nearly as often, as I did when I lived in Portland, because this seems to be a recurring issue. I don't know if they don't staff enough people, or if they have trouble keeping employees, but I get tired of hearing they're understaffed and I'm supposed to be okay with it each and every time and just wait.

Great family restaurant and great food and desert's. Super friendly atmosphere!

My husband and I had another delightful evening at Shari's. We decided to order something we had never ordered before. I chose a Patty Melt. (I asked our Waitress to ask the Kitchen to cook the meat patty so well done it could be sailed across the Parking Lot. I'm not sure she understood I meant as a Hockey Puck!) RiverRoad never lets me down! While I did not use my Patty as a Puck, it was cooked perfect for me! We just experience the best care when we choose River Road Shari's. Whether it is early or late, the Wait Staff is always Happy. For some reason we are remembered?

This is a great place. The owners and workers really take pride here. I come often just for the Eggs Benedict. The food here is really good. It seems a step up from other breakfast places.

The food is always good and the server was great. I am never scared to try something new here. I don't go very often though.

Two times we ordered take out and both times the pie was left out. The second time it happened all we got was a blank, deer-in-the-headlights look even though the same waitress took our order and I had to show the receipt to remind her which pies we ordered. The food is pretty decent and the pie is outstanding. The service sucks here, which is a shame as this location should guarantee excellent customer numbers. Took my daughter, son-in-law & the grandkids and sat there for almost 15 minutes before the waitress showed up even though only two other tables had customers. Food gets 4 stars and service 1 star.

Tasty Turkey dinner. Large portion, I asked to have it reheated before I finished.

The customer service was great. The waitress was a great help on making recommendations. I'll be visiting Again. The pies are delish too

Use to love this place. The old manager from the Keizer restaurant started working at this one and he's really rude and condescending to my company and myself whenever I come in so I refuse to visit any longer

Got a free pie of pie for signing up with the rewards program...but my piece of pie was tiny and pretty meiocre tasting.

I had a nice meal and the waitress was on point. I didnt get her name but she was amazing. Thank you.
