Shari's

Was pleasantly surprised by this meal. Food was great and service was fast. I don't know what I was expecting, but I got better! Service was fast and friendly as well. A good lunch experience.

Ultra modern, cold feel when you walk in after remodel. Bad service and mediocre cooking. Not what it was 10 years ago when i worked here and everyone went there. Need better servers and better cooks.

I try to eat primarily plant-based, so when I walk into Shari's I'm not typically eating more than toast or a baked potato. Honestly, I like Shari's just fine. They are a diner that doesn't try to be anything else. You typically know what you're going in for before you arrive. That being said, I love that it's a relatively quiet place I can get a cup of coffee with my husband at 11 o'clock at night.

Servers are amazing and friendly as well as the managers, very clean and great atmosphere.

Kari was our server tonight. The absolute B E S T server I've ever had. She is compassionate and caring. Honestly, I'd hire her. Can't even compare to a Shari's I've had in the past. Will highly recommend!!!

Great Food selection, verry professional service.

Hate to be a bummer, but..Pretty average food, pretty average service, and basically average all around. Not that average is bad by any means, it just doesn't stand out. Food was pretty much what we expected, service was ... Meh. Easy enough to get to for a passing traveller. Can't say much more about this place.

Pie was good. Meal? Not so great. Service friendly but inefficient

The reason I gave this score....was based on a full restaurant and one waitress working her tail off to help the entire place. She was taking orders running food..meanwhile the manager was talking and visiting with friends we set and watched as she did nothing to help this poor girl. Our food was sitting under the heat lamp for 10 minutes. Finally another waitress showed up and was trying to help but she was not much help. Food was cold and not what we ordered. Parking was good. Bad experience!

Placed a to-go order only to come home and find out my pie was missing. Upset, and not really interested in driving back, the manager offered to deliver it to me. I was surprised and grateful. Excellent customer service with a manager who goes above and beyond.

This is one of the worst locations for Shari's. We went a few times and everytime issues. The last time my breakfast was basically inedible. My French toast burnt horrible and tons of issues. I tried getting someone multiple times. Had a lady make eye contact multiple times and still she did not come over. I was trying to be polite and finally after multiple attempts I was no longer polite. We had missing items and everything. We have decided to never return and so far we are happy going way out of our way to a better location

customer service was good considering time we arrived but my pancakes were burnt, and other food was less than mediocre. my wife has French toast which looked oksy but the hashbrowns are never cooked thoroughly.I went back yesterday. At a reasonable hour with my family but pancakes were still burned. Everything else was mediocre. Pie was not looking good.

Service lady was nice but there was a hair in my fries, looked like a pube.... felt disgusted and left immediately
