Not great for tourists but overall shopping is great and many restaurant choices. Decent teppanyaki with good price on 12th floor.

Convenient department store bang in the middle of Tokyo station making it very easy to pick up stuff on your way to or from your train. Be it gifts sakeor or snacks or fruit or take out meals - huge selections to choose from. Add 30 minutes to your journey time - you won’t regret it !!

A huge and modern department store right in the Tokyo Station building complex, selling everything from cloth to luxury goods and food. The depachika, food store in the basement floor, is really interesting. They sell fresh foods ready to eat. This is my favorite department store in Tokyo.
