Great barbecue and sauces!

I was not that impressed with the food at Shane's. I had the BBQ chicken sandwich combo. First, the chicken was not slow cooked or smoked so it was not very tender or very flavorful. Second, instead of being shredded the chicken was cut into large cubes. The minute you pick up the sandwich to bite into it, all the meat falls to the plate. Chunks do not work on a bun. My husband had the chicken baked potato. There were so many black spots in the potato that he ended up throwing half of it away and it had the same bland chicken chunks that were on the sandwich. We stopped by Shane's to see if we might want to use them for a catering event this summer. After tasting their food we will keep looking.
