Shan Chinese Buffet

It has been a LONG time since I’ve rated a Chinese buffet higher than 3 stars... they may differ in size, variety and freshness, but they all pretty much taste the same- bland. The variety at this place is good... but the food is actually DELICIOUS. Every item I had actually had tasty flavor... whoever is “spicing” their dishes is doing a great job. The reasonable pricing was just a bonus. I don’t really care about decor, as long it is clean and the food is fresh and really good. I’ll definitely be stopping at this place often... plenty of truck parking. So glad to find good Americanized Chinese food!

This place was delicious. We found the comments when looking for a place to eat and decided this is where we were going to try. When we pulled up it was a little sketchy. Walked in and was greeted with warmth. Then we were off to the buffet which had so much variety. Chinese food, sushi, oysters, mozzarella sticks, salad, ice cream and desert bar. Armed with a full plate of tasters I cleared the whole plate. That never happens I always leave things behind. Delicious! I can only hope that another vacation leads me through this way again in the future.

Lots of options to choose from and it was all very fresh and hot and was well priced too. The staff was very nice and attentive. This place is great if you drive a truck as there’s truck parking. I’ll definitely stop if I’m hungry and am passing by.

I cant believe we've never stopped in here before!! Guess what, We Will Be, now that we found it!! Great Selection on the buffet, fresh and well maintained entrees. They have a great fruit and veggie selection as well as Desserts, hand dipped Ice Cream and treats. Theres a small selection of Sushi Rolls. They also offer Beer and Wine..if you like that with your meal. The BIGGEST + and I'd add more ☆s if I could, THEY HAVE PLENTY OF TRUCK PARKING!!!

Really good food! Really good price! The parking lot is super big definitely a place to come get a break from Truckstop food. I will mark this on my GPS with a big ol Heart!

First time here and was impressed! Always been stoping at Kimball,TN for Chinese buffet and I liked this one over that one, it's not that fancy inside, might need some updates but the quality of the food is great, we went there right after they opened. We loved it. Will definitely come back.

Food tastes good, great seasoning. Quick service. Place needs some updates as our seat was broken and more food options needed.

Truck parking in back. The food is good but I usually have to bring ear plugs as the ladies who work in front of the house are so loud (3☆) with their talking. Either which way, it's good to have a hot meal other than what we regularly get at truck stops: fast food, Denny's, Iron Skillet, American Pride, etc.
