Shakey's Pizza Parlor

The pizza and chicken were really good. The potatoes were tasty. The salad bar was lacking. The service was good and very friendly. They accommodated every request. The place was clean and the music was a nice soft level. The game area isn't big, but a nice distraction for the kids.

The food here is AMAZING and the vibe is super chill and happy. I always see kids have the best time here. My daughter keeps begging me to come here again and again its so good! The manager here is so nice and welcoming! The buffet is great! 👌 Definetly glad we came here. We haven't been here in about a year or two! We enjoyed our time here very much! Thank you Shakey's!! :)

Pizza tastes just like the one I got as a kid! The pizza comes overflowing with toppings and the mojos are YuMmErS! The staff is friendly, greeting you as you enter and saying good bye as you leave. The dinning room was mostly clean and expansive!

Bunch A Lunch. Served 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. everyday. Fresh & Good selection of hot food and fresh pizza.

Cashiers were friendly. The food was hot and delicious. I went with my family of 8 to enjoy a great dinner and it was perfect. Very nice and clean resturant. Matthew an employee was awesome in the game room! My niece and nephew enjoyed it very much. Thank you!

Pizza comes in thin or pan. They don't sell soda by the pitcher, only by the cup. It's very loud inside, and all the tv's had the same game on. One lady was kind of rude, but everyone else was alright. First time at this place and I probably won't be back.

What to Shakey's Pizza as a walk-in customer just to find out that the whole facility was reserved for parties so the walk-in customers had no place to sit and eat we didn't know this at the time until after we ordered the food talk with the manager and learn. She's telling us all this is reserved this is reserved this is reserved I can try to get you a chair or table if they don't come at the time they say they were shaking my head what a lame manager

We love this place, it's kept very clean very nice, it's huge, great for parties great for kids with all the games and a full game Room. This time , it take a little while to get a bunch of pizza out but it was crowded. Food was delicious manager is awesome this was done on voice to text so if it comes out crazy it was not intentionally

Nice clean place. Service was very good. Very quick service. Staff stayed busy, the busser was out cleaning and clearing tables at least 4 times while I was there.(approximately 20 min.)

Good food, decent kid games, nice TVs with pre-season football and the Dodgers on. At least Shakey's is trying. It would be so easy to just let it go, but they are making an effort to stay relevant, so I, and we all, should help them out with our patronage.

Because I receive a Birthday email on my phone in the Upland for a mail on them. The cashier was very rude when I explain I had the email on my phone. She check is I had already had gotten the meal.when I came because I had been told I need a paper email. When I paid for the paper need I went back to upland was told it had expired. I said I never you.she call her manager who said it expired .I explain what happen when I was her cashier had done the check a week.so I said that it and he said yes. So I was angry spoke to your collection that apologizes and send a VIP replacement and I had 2 months before it would expired.so thank for your wonderful staff but Upland location will not see my family or friends to go there anymore. ❤❤❤
