Very good shakes and lots of other drink options. The chicken was really yummy and I also enjoyed the burger. The text system for orders was very convenient and the staff were polite. Id go here again.

Something needs to change there. I DoorDashed my order and they did not seal the bag, which as you know in my opinion is a safety hazard when strangers you do not know is picking up your food. This is not the first time I’ve had problems there. The food is inconsistent and they don’t follow instructions on orders. Food is usually not hot but just warm. I’ve been eating there since it’s opened and it hasn’t gotten any better… staff can also be rude at times. For the amount of money your paying there for fast food they need to do better… I hate to compare but In n Out is CONSISTENT, friendly, efficient, and organized. Ohh wait let me not forget, CHEAPER. Are they perfect? No, but when they get it wrong the happily make it right. I like your food ShakeShack. I’m from NY and I remember your early days, you have to get it together because what your selling right now is NOT your best.

I've been wanting to try shake shack since I saw one in L.A. I was not disappointed the burger was Delicious with a soft perfectly steamed bun and the cherry peppers were amazing. My husband shake stack was just as good the fried mushroom burger I'm sure would have been equally as good alone too (which is an option). I loved that the boys could play dinner games while we waited for our food to help keep them entertained while we talked. The person who delivered it for checked back up on us unlike most places that deliver the food and if you need more you got track them down. Over all the experience was great and I highly recommend it.

Holy hamburgers in Midtown!! This place.. WOW! 🍔👌🏽 I heard great things about this place and I was not Disappointed!! Those other burger places in town better move over! This place was Fantastic! From the Shake Shack Burger to the bacon cheese fries! To to my personal favorite the chocolate milkshake! Everything was absolutely delicious! An absolute must try! In my opinion better than In-N-Out! 💯

Food was really good, burgers smaller than expected.

I've been to alot of burger joints in my 46 years of life from taylors refresher to connie's drive in, and even quite a few down in so cal that I only remember how to get there and that I would slam on the brakes not to pass the place if I was sitting in the passenger seat. I am a burger joint fanatic . this place gets the five star all the way around killer burgers I ordered the double shack...had to take another bite real quick. it took the proper amount of time no more no less and a strawberry shake the standard order for my first visit . notice I said first this implies that there will definitely be a return visit here. I would take dates here. the shake was malted and whip creamed there was the option ...last bite mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!; slammin . yes I fkn slammed that burger. perfectly cooked over an open flame spanked by hand and accompanyed by fresh tomato and lettuce and not too much lettuce just the right amount melted cheddar totally setoff the charbroiled flavor of the beef pattys .I've only done this one other time at my favorite for years connie's drive in on marysville blvd In delpaso heights .I'm going to order a second burger and shake to go so I can have it again later tonight

Very overpriced for what you get. The burger is the size of a slider. A single patty burger + fries + drink was $15. Very strange that there are no combo meals either, you have to order each item separately... Ordering process is awkward as well. They have tablets to place your order, but if you want to talk to an actual person the menu is on a wall behind you so you have to look behind you to see what you want to order. Not worth it. To pay almost as much as you would at Five Guys, for about 1/2 the amount of food is not good...

Food was good. I recommend the Smoke Shack Burger, and bacon cheese fries. Their flavored lemonades were really good as well. Cool place with a super sized Jenga game, and Foosball table.

My new favorite burger place. Fries are krinkle-cut. Cheese fries are excellent. Also, good chicken sandwiches. Easy to order online. Easy pickup & delivery options

Had a chicken burger and french fries. It always maintains a certain level of flavor. That’s why I’m looking for a franchise. Fast and clean store.

In and Out hamburgers are better by every metric.

Cashier lady was horrible to the point I started asking help from another member of staff . Old/ cold fries . Burger cold . I ordered 1 burger fries and a drink . A couple , then a family of 3 ordered after me and still got their larger orders ahead of me. Right before I was going to ask for a refund the waiter tried to rush .
